Bulgar! Multi-Billion Anomalya sa Aquino Projects, Nadiskubre ng Anti-Corruption Commission!

Sa pag-iimbestiga ng Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC), nadiskubre ng grupo ang umano’y ‘large scale’ anomaly na aabot sa P10 billion hanggang P20 billion public funds.

Ayon kay PACC Commissioner Manuelito Luna, nangyari ang anomalya sa panahon umano ng Aquino Administration. Marami din daw silang nakitang mga budget re-alignment na hindi sakop ng General Appopriations Act.

“A very big anomaly, so far the biggest and multibillion[-peso] anomaly which transpired not in this administration but during the BS Aquino administration… tatlong klaseng projects ito… pinondohan ng (these are three projects funded with) billions of pesos, but there are ‘red flags’,” sabi ni Luna

Ang PACC ay binuo ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte nakaraang taon para tumulong sa pag-iimbestiga sa mga kasong administratibo na may kinalaman sa graft and corrutopm ng mga presidential apointees. Itinatag ang grupo noong Oktubre 2017 at pinamumunuan ni former Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) Head Dante Jimenez.
